Sam joined Dart Bank in August of 2016 and has over fourteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Through his numerous roles in the finance industry, he has always had an honest desire for helping people. He demonstrates his true passion for helping people by assisting with their mortgage financing. Homeownership is a very important investment for many people. Sam prides himself on being an avid mortgage advisor and helping his clients achieve financial success. From the first-time homebuyer to the seasoned real estate investor, Sam earns the trust of his clients through his integrity and honesty.

Sam serves as a partner on the Joseph Team alongside Joe Joseph, Joe Sambaer, and Maddie Maloney. The Joseph Team has been an industry leader in the state of Michigan since 2005 and we look forward to continuing to serve our community to meet their mortgage and financial needs. Sam has extensive knowledge of the many mortgage loan programs Dart Bank offers, including: Conventional, Jumbo, Portfolio, FHA, VA, USDA-Rural Development, MSHDA, and more.

Personal Bio
Sam was born, raised, and resides in Lansing, Michigan. He graduated from Lansing Catholic Central in 2008. He earned his bachelors degree in Business Management from Northwood University. When not helping clients with their mortgage needs, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, Kelly, and their two dogs.
